Archery GB’s Big Weekend

Cleadon Archers are taking part in Archery GB’s Big Weekend on Saturday 4th June (10am – 4pm).  If anyone wants to help out please contact Paul. Below is a promotional flyer, feel free to print it out and distribute it to local schools and clubs.

Big Weekend Poster

On the day, the left hand side of the field will be taken for the Big Weekend but it shouldn’t prevent club members from shooting on the right hand side (if anything it would be good if there were club members shooting).

Archery GB Handicaps & Classifications

Alan Hudson has kindly studied the Archery GB Shooting Administration Procedures and produced the Cleadon Archers guide to Archery GB Handicaps & Classifications.

The document is available on the site in the following locations:

Please read these and note the guide to filling in your score sheet correctly.

It is your responsibility to fill in your name, the round you are shooting, the date, bow style and add up your scores, hits and golds. Your score sheet must be signed by yourself and a target captain, who should be present throughout the round.

If your score sheet is not filled in correctly and signed it will be discarded by the records officer.
