There was an error on the Cleadon Open and WA 900 entry forms, no space provided for contact information and your AGB Number. This form has now been updated, we will try to contact anyone who has already sent in a form for this information or on the day that you will be shooting at registration. Apologies for any inconvenience.
With deep regret we have made a decision to cancel the following shoots:
Jimmy Melvin on Saturday the 2nd July
Gosforth Arrow on Sunday 3rd July
This was a very difficult decision to make and only came at what we see as the last minute, in time to put the word out to as many as possible.
The cancellation of these shoots is down to a reduced number of entrants, a lack of adequate field party/volunteers and the clubs unwillingness to operate at a significant financial loss.
We hope to see the numbers return for these shoots next year and in the future.
Program details and entry forms are now available for the following on the entry forms page
Jimmy Melvin Longbow on the 2nd July
Gosforth Arrow on the 3rd July
DNAA Longbow tournament on 2th August.
Cleadon junior open forms will be available soon just confirming RS status and putting finishing touches to them.
